Your vacation rental, accessible by stairs, includes: living room, lounge and kitchen, small outdoor laundry room with washing machine, bathroom with shower, separate WC, 2 adjoining bedrooms with 1 160x200 bed and 2 90x200 beds (twinable), direct access to the beautiful private terrace of 30 m² with sea view.

Garage for one vehicle and parking in front of the garage for one vehicle. Very pretty, independent gîte located on the Manoir Kergoz property, where you can enjoy the beach of St Efflam (access 20 m), one of the largest beaches in the department.
At low tide this beach is impressive, which makes it a gathering place for kites or sand yachts, it has a very well equipped nautical center 200 m away.
It is also of course a pleasant place for swimming at high tide.
Then following the GR34 in front of the cottage, you will enjoy the course - the Corniche de l'Armorique - to discover the Bay of Lannion and the mouth of the Douron.
Only 17 km from Lannion and 18 km from Morlaix.
