Your vacation rental includes: an entrance hall, living room with fitted kitchen of high standing. 2 bedrooms, one of which is accessible for people with reduced mobility - (2 160x200 beds), bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms opening onto a terrace-balcony, one (1 160x200 bed) with private bathroom (shower), 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds (80x200). Beautiful bathroom (shower + bath), separate toilet with washbasin.
Garage, terrace of 125 m². Covered heated swimming pool (except winter period with supplement of 40 €/stay except July-August) of 8x4 meters available from the end of March to mid-November.
Telework space set up in a bedroom. Very beautiful architect-designed house, contemporary, located in a small residential area, on an enclosed property of 1700 m², on the heights of the seaside resort of Sables d'Or les Pins, a very tourist resort on the Côte de Penthièvre. The gîte is at the heart of a site classified as a "Grand site de France" between Cap d'Erquy to the west (5 km) and Cap Fréhel to the east (10 km). Everything has been designed for you to have an excellent stay, with family or friends.
Its advantages: its heated swimming pool outside the winter period, the large garden, the south-facing terraces, ...Erquy is 5 km away.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in einem schönen Haus mit einem großen Garten. Prima Ausstattung, großer Pool und dank Überdachung auch an kälteren/regnerischen Tagen nutzbar. Zu Fuß waren Strand und Restaurants gut zu erreichen. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich, gab uns super Urlaubstipps und war immer zu erreichen.

Es war eine tolle Urlaubswoche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus mit Pool, welches fußläufig von Strand und Restaurants entfernt lag und für uns keine Wünsche übrig ließ. Vielen Dank auch vor allem für diesen außergewöhnlich netten und informativen Empfang.

Très belle semaine en famille dans cette maison idéalement placée, au calme, à proximité de plage et de nombreux sites de la côte d’armor. Maison spacieuse, très bien équipée et bien entretenue. Accueil chaleureux. Je recommande vivement.
