Your vacation rental includes, on the ground floor, a large living room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, sink and WC, a small laundry room.
The staircase leads to the mezzanine, located upstairs, which offers a 90x190 bed. This mezzanine serves a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a bathroom (WC, sink and bidet). A large paved terrace of 45 m² opens onto a private garden area of 170 m². You have private parking on site.
You will enjoy a landscaped and flowery exterior. 2 PEOPLE MAX. The Gîte des Deux Chênes, spacious and comfortable, is an independent gîte on a very beautiful property maintained by Colette and Serge.
They live there in a 45 m long farmhouse made of local pink granite, where there are 3 guest rooms. 1.5 km from the sea, in the countryside, between the cliffs of Cap Fréhel, the Port of Erquy and the beaches of Sables d'Or les Pins, you will quickly realize that this environment is one of the most beautiful in the department.
Golf fans? that of Les Sables d'Or is only 2.8 km away.
Sables d'Or is an atypical resort on our coasts, 70s style, grand boulevard, very lively casino all year round, vast beach and lagoon where it is pleasant to walk under the pines, St Michel islet, restaurants, GR34 path.

Excellent séjour dans ce gîte très bien équipé. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Gîte très bien situé (proximité de la plage des Sables d’Or les Pins, des sentiers des Douaniers, …). Je ne peux que recommander.

Ce gîte pour 2 personnes est confortable, fonctionnel et bien aménagé et son environnement (pelouses,espaces fleuries et haies) particulièrement soigné. L'accueil des propriétaires est de qualité.

Très beau gîte, rien ne manque. A 5 mn de la petite ville d’Erquy, cette ancienne ferme bretonne a été rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Entourée de fleurs et de verdure, au calme, c’est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer et découvrir les alentours, a pieds, en vélo ou en voiture pour pousser un peu plus loin. Cerise sur le gâteau, nos hôtes ont été aux petits soins pour nous !
