A single-storey gite : Large lounge-diner with wood pellet stove and open-plan kitchen.
Bedroom 1 : double bed. Large shower room with WC, walk-in shower, double wash basin and infra-red sauna.
All suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Small shower room with WC. 4 steps up to Bedroom 2 : twin beds (or super king-size bed). Bedroom 3 : super king-size bed. Reading lounge between the 2 bedrooms.

Enclosed grounds (1250m²) with courtyard, garden and large, south-facing, decked patio (46m²). A super, new, eco-friendly gite in a quiet setting near the sea, 500m from Dahouêt harbour and lake.
The light, well-appointed, south-facing house has been built using healthy, sustainable materials to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and features plants requiring little water, a rainwater collection system and wood-burning heating system.
In addition, guests can relax in the infra-red sauna after visiting the beautiful Côtes de Penthièvre. The gite is close to Val André beach, watersports, horse-riding, golf course and a good selection of cycling and walking paths including the GR34 coastal hiking path towards Cap Fréhel or Saint-Brieuc.
There is a flat area in the garden for boules and molky, plus 3 bikes to borrow.

Le gîte est très bien équipé pour les personnes en situation de handicap. Les chambres sont agréables.
Excellent accueil de Sylvie, très disponible et serviable.
La pièce principale est très agréable à vivre.
Beaucoup de possibilités de balades tout autour de l'emplacement.
Le poêle à granulés un peu capricieux, heureusement nous avons eu une excellente météo et le gîte étant bien conçu, la chaleur de la journée restait à l'intérieur.

Nous avons pu passer une semaine merveilleuse dans cette maison exceptionnellement belle par un temps magnifique. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin aménagé avec amour pour nous détendre après les randonnées sur la côte toute proche.
