Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a living room opening onto the fitted kitchen (2 ceramic hobs), a shower room, a toilet with washbasin and a laundry room.
Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 180 cm bed (this one can be split into two on request). In the landscaped garden, facing south, of approximately 200m2, you will enjoy a terrace, a relaxation lounge, as well as deckchairs.
A private, closed site will accommodate your vehicle, it is the same for your bicycles, a closed room is equipped with electrical outlets at your disposal.
Terraced house has another house rarely occupied. Fancy a break in Côtes d'Armor, on one of the most beautiful coasts of the Breton coast? This charming little house, which can accommodate two people on the pink granite coast, is well appointed and tastefully decorated.
It is the ideal accommodation to stay in the renowned resort of Perros Guirec.

Maryse est une hôte très accueillante, disponible et fort sympathique. La maison, vrai petit cocon, est idéalement située (commerces, plage et proche des sites incontournables). Clin d'œil pour l'extérieur très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.

Accueil chaleureux et séjour très agréable. Gîte bien équipé et très fleuri, dans un quartier calme et proche de la plage, du sentier des douaniers, des embarcadères et des commerces. Nombreuses visites et découvertes à faire sur cette magnifique côte de granit rose.
