Your single-story vacation rental includes: an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker) with a living room and lounge area, and a magnificent sea view, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, one double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and one double bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm).
A 200 m² private terrace and lawn with direct access to the sea. Private parking.
Charging an electric vehicle is only possible at the designated charging station.
No unauthorized hookups are permitted. Pleasant, detached holiday home with stunning sea views, well renovated and benefiting from direct access through the garden to the large beach of St Efflam, on the D786 leading to Lannion.
The center of Plestin Les Grèves with its shops is 2.5km away, Lannion 15km, Morlaix 23km. From autumn to spring, during your evenings, a pellet stove will diffuse a gentle warmth.

l emplacement de la maison, avec sa vue exceptionnelle, l accès direct à la plage. Il ne manquait rien dans la maison . La proprietaire était toujours disponible. De plus, la magnifique région est incroyable avec ses beaux paysages.

Vom Empfang durch den Vermieter in herzlicher Art, bis zum Ende der Ferien, ein traumhafter Aufenthalt. Die Vermieter sehr herzlich und um unser Wohl besorgt. Das Haus in bester Verfassung und der Strand vom Haus aus barfuss erreichbar.Der Komfort des Hauses machen die Ferien zu einem Erlebnis.
