• A first bedroom with two 80x200 cm beds that can be joined to form a 160x200 cm bed (upon request to the owner), with an en-suite shower room and a separate toilet.
• A second bedroom with two 80x200 cm beds that can also be joined to form a 160x200 cm bed (upon request), with an en-suite shower room and a separate toilet.
• Complete baby equipment is provided.

• A beautiful 400 m² front garden, featuring a covered terrace with a pergola, garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers.
• Free parking is available.

• You will have the pleasure of meeting Mouski, our Labrador/Newfoundland mix, sociable with dogs and cats. Just 9 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast and very close to the Rance Valley, this holiday rental offers a peaceful countryside setting, ideal for relaxation.
You'll be charmed by its authentic, warm interior and soothing décor, entirely created by Catherine, the owner, who lives next door.
Below the property, a small wood regularly shelters deer and roe deer, which you might be lucky enough to spot during a walk or from the garden.
The location is ideal for discovering the region's iconic sites: • Dinan, 10 km away, a fortified town with its castle, cobbled streets, half-timbered houses, and artisan workshops; • Dinard, 13 km away, a famous seaside resort; • Saint-Malo, the renowned corsair city, just 20 km away. The property is not fenced.
We also own an eight-year-old Newfoundland/Labrador mix dog named Mouski.
