The gite is next to outbuildings containing remains of the mill workings and is opposite the owner's home in a delightful hamlet tucked away in the Gouët valley with a lake to the south and the famous Chaos du Gouët rocks to the north.

Saint Brieuc is 10km to the north.

Plérin, the Pointe du Roselier with superb views and the beaches of the Bay of Saint Brieuc, including the Plage des Rosaires, are 20km.
