Group of 2 adjoining gites, recently renovated (2000-2001), near the beaches of the Penthièvre and Emerald Coasts, right out in the country side, close to the Crinière golf course, with enclosed courtyard and private lawn (150 sq m wide). This small bungalow gite has a kitchen recess, a veranda with dining area and lounge (canapé bed), one bedroom (1 dble bed), shower room and WC. Thérèse and Gérard will be glad to welcome you in their small gite, ideally located to go and see the Côtes d'Armor département.
