Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm, 2 single beds 90x190 cm).
Outside: A private, enclosed 450 m² garden with a large gravel courtyard (parking space), a garden with flowerbeds, and a wooden deck.
You'll appreciate the many thoughtful touches that make all the difference, such as a radio/CD player, a Bluetooth speaker, a Bosch food processor, and an outdoor hose for rinsing pets.
You'll be most welcome at the Gîte de Traou Riou, located in a traditional stone farmhouse, adjoining the owners' residence but completely independent.
This comfortable base allows you to enjoy: the GR34 coastal path, which passes 500 meters away; the sea and a magnificent view, 600 meters away; the Arcouest beach, 700 meters away; and... embark on a boat trip to explore the Bréhat Archipelago, just 1 kilometer away! ...
All this without ever needing a car.
Relaxation and a change of scenery are guaranteed.
For a city break with restaurants, galleries, and a lovely market on Tuesday mornings, Paimpol awaits you, 5 kilometers away.

Bon séjour malgré la météo défavorable du début Aout. Le gite est bien aménagé pour une famille avec 1 enfant et un chien. Les propriétaires sont tres accueillants et serviables.Toutefois, un petit détail à améliorer l'assise des chaises est trop basse par rapport à la table.

Bon accueil. Gîte idéal avec un chien. Emplacement à proximité immédiate de paysages magnifiques mais également de restos nombreux . Bref site calme et donc lieu à fuir pour les inconditionnels de la bronzette sur les plages de sable fin…bondées.
