Your holiday rental is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor: - A living room/lounge - A separate, equipped kitchen - A toilet and access to the garage below (accessible via a few steps). Upstairs: - Three bedrooms, two of which have sea views over the bay of Perros (one 160cm bed, one 140cm bed, and two 90cm beds) - A shower room with a toilet. Outside: - Enclosed 400m2 garden, with a large 35m2 terrace, access to a laundry area, and a separate outbuilding reserved for the owners' storage at the back of the garden. - At the front of the house, a small space in the small courtyard to park your vehicle.

Parking is also possible in front of the house, on the street (free of charge).
