Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: living room with magnificent sea view (TV, DVD player, games, library), dining room (TV), small fitted and equipped kitchen (1 dishwasher and a refrigerator at extra cost in the annex), 2 bedrooms with 2 140x190 beds, bathroom with shower, separate toilet with hand basin.
On the garden level, with independent access with 5 steps to the gate: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 80x200 that can be combined) with private bathroom, shower and separate toilet with hand basin.
By exterior access: a laundry-storage room (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher).
Very sunny private enclosed garden of 100 m² with terrace and sea view.
Weber barbecue and Plancha Le Marquier.
Free covered public parking opposite 50 m away.
Weekly cleaning: €50, WE or 3 days €20 and 4 days €30.
In winter, heating is payable on site with the owners: €12 per day This charming, comfortable house is right by the sea at the heart of the seaside resort of Val André, on one of the loveliest fine sandy beaches in Brittany.
It is next to the Spa Marin, near the casino, cinéma, beach and shops (all within 100 metres).
Lots of events (shows, jazz music, etc.) and leisure activities (water sports, golf, horse riding, etc.) all year round.
Erquy is 11km and Cap Fréhel is 26km.

Gîte confortable, bien équipé, très cosy, disposant d'une jolie vue et à proimité des commerces. Si le temps veut bien être de la partie, vous pourrez profiter du charmant jardin, des transats, et des repas sous le parasol.Bonne conneion internet.Parking gratuit en sous sol de l'autre côté de la rue.
