Upstairs 3 attic bedrooms, one with 1 bed of 140x190 and 2 small ones with 1 bed of 90x190 each.
Ideal rental for a couple alone or with 2 children, thanks to its 2 small individual bedrooms.
Private garden of 500 m² not enclosed with private parking space in front of the house, accessible by a private path shared by the 2 gites.
South-facing wooden terrace on the facade, to the East 2nd terrace with garden furniture, enclosed area with bicycle shelters.
Baby equipment/request: 1 travel cot, 1 high chair, 1 bathtub (no safety barrier on the stairs for young children). Your pet will be welcome according to the charter and internal regulations. 1 animal only accepted (dangerous category dogs refused).
Rental not suitable for people with reduced mobility. This fisherman's house ideally located 100 m from the beach, on the Landrellec peninsula 2.5 km from the city center of Trégastel and in the immediate vicinity of a protected natural site, will seduce you with its privileged location, its warm decoration.

Landrellec est devenu un pèlerinage annuel indispensable à notre équilibre! C'est donc un bonheur sans cesse renouvelé et toujours aussi nécessaire de retrouver les gîtes de Michèle et une région que nous avons définitivement adoptée. En résumé, la vie en rose sur la côte de granit du même nom!

Séjour au top dans ce gîte très propre,très bien agencé et très confortable à tous niveaux,surtout avec le soleil durant nos vacances. Literie parfaite.Merci pour l'accueil fort sympathique de Madame Duchene qui est très à l'écoute si besoin. Tellement bien et que nous reviendrons l'année prochaine avec grand plaisir.

Troisième séjour dans ce gîte et toujours la même satisfaction. La propriétaire est très accueillante et sait répondre à nos attentes. La mer très proche est un atout indéniable. Une seule envie, y retourner dès que possible.
