Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: well-equipped fitted kitchen communicating with summer living room opening onto the terrace at the back, very spacious living room, separate toilets.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed) (1 140x190 bed) (2 single beds), large bathroom with bath, double sink and toilet.
Private entrance and parking.
Lawn closed in front and on the back (400 m²).
Wooden terrace exposed North-West with palisade.
Successful renovation for this large neo-Breton house with granite facade which contrasts pleasantly with the furniture and contemporary decoration.
Adjoining: 2 cellars and, in continuity, the owners' house, but not overlooked.
From there: you can easily reach the center of Ploufragan (all shops) 1.5 km away.
If you like hiking, then you will appreciate the walks on the hilly paths along the Plan d'eau du Gouët (fishing possible) and on the St Barthémy dam 3 km away.
Total change of scenery by discovering the site of the chaos of Gouëtà 11 km. 10 km from the beautiful family beach of Rosaires in Plérin and 16 km from the pretty little port of Binic, lively all year round.

La maison était très sympa confortable propre cuisine bien équipée le confort des couchages très bien 😊
Et nous avons rencontré une hôte vraiment très gentil nous avons été très bien accueillis avec petit gâteau bonbon vraiment tout à été très agréable durant ces 15jours 😊

Gîte très agréable et très bien équipé. Propreté impeccable. Accueil formidable. Merci à Chantal de nous avoir aidé à préparer notre séjour en nous mettant en relation avec une personne qui nous a fait découvrir les spots pour photographier les oiseaux. Deuxième année dans ce gîte qui est un coup de cœur pour nous. Très spacieux et accueillant. Le jardin est aussi très grand, et l environnement est très calme. Un second séjour qui nous donne envie d y revenir encore.La propriétaire est chaleureuse et nous avons apprécier nos échanges avec elle, très réactive aussi à nos demandes.
