You will enjoy the outdoors with an enclosed garden of 200 m² and a terrace of 28 m². Small independent fisherman's house, completely renovated.
This cottage will seduce you with its ideal location, 500 m from Paimpol, (town entirely turned towards the sea), 150 m from the marina and 500 meters from Tossen beach (seawater swimming pool with its equipped beach). The Vedettes de Bréhat pier is 5 minutes away.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans ce gite, idéalement situé à 10 min à pied de la place du martray et à 5 min de la plage de la Tossen.Le gîte est bien équipé , la literie confortable et surtout il est au calme ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Séjour agréable dans un gite confortable et calme, proches des commerces, de la plage et du port. Petit patio extérieur agréable pour manger dehors. Seul point d'amélioration l'éclairage ne fonctionnait pas sous le patio (signalé à notre départ à la propriétaire). Je reviendrais avec plaisir.

Petite maison idéalement située près de la plage de la tossen, à 10 min à pied du centre ville (si vous marchez lentement comme moi …), bien équipée avec une literie confortable.La propriétaire est très arrangeante.
