Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 crib), bathroom with shower and toilet.
Private space of 125 m² (courtyard, small lawn) bordered by hedges, not overlooked. Terrace. High chair and baby bath. Gîte located 800 m from the port and the sailing school, housed in a large stone farmhouse, adjoining the owners' home. On site, horse breeding, with the possibility of accommodating horses (pastures, boxes). Pleasant gîte which will be your ideal starting point for hiking or mountain biking: 10 marked trails, 20 km of banks along the Rance will allow you to discover a rich architectural heritage. Dinan 12 km, Dinard and St-Malo 15 km. D366 30 m. Towpath with barge. Beach equipped at Ville-es-Nonais and at the Port of Plouer-sur-Rance. 40 km of trails for horse riders + GR on the coast of the commune.

Agréable séjour, le gîte est bien situé pour visiter les environs. Très propre, bien équipé, les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée. Bon accueil des propriétaires . Le réseau orange ne passe pas, idéal pour des vacances déconnectée. Le rdc est un peu sombre.
