Your holiday rental comprises: On the ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room and equipped with a pellet stove, providing access to the terrace.
A sunken lounge, accessible by four steps, also offering access to the terrace.
On the first floor: A large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), offering a view of the port of Lézardrieux.
A bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
On the second floor: An open bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), also with a view of the port of Lézardrieux.
Outside: A private, enclosed courtyard of 60 m² at the rear of the property, featuring a landscaped terrace.
Parking is available on the street or in a car park located 30 meters away.
Amenities and services: Heating via a pellet stove supplemented by electric radiators.
An electric bike is available on request from the owners (€10/day or €50/week).

Gîte trés bien situé et au calme.Proche de Paimpol, les côtes de granit rose, L'ile de Bréhat et du sillon de talbert.Nous avons passé une trés bonne semaine avec nos petits enfants qui ont adoré leur chambre.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Excellent séjour à Lézardrieux et dans les Côtes d'Armor.Beau gîte, confortable, mariant le moderne et l'ancien, bien aménagé.Situation idéale dans le village car proche de tout (commerces, marché, port, cheminsde randonnées).Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires.

Agréable séjour, nous avons eu un très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire. La maison au niveau des volumes était confortable, l'extérieur également très cosi. Village calme et reposant. Pas mal de choses à visiter autour. Je recommande.
