Your holiday rental comprises:

A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room and equipped with a pellet stove, providing access to the terrace.
A sunken lounge, accessible by four steps, also offering access to the terrace.
On the first floor:
A large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), offering a view of the port of Lézardrieux.
A bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
On the second floor:
An open bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), also with a view of the port of Lézardrieux.
Outside:
A private, enclosed courtyard of 60 m² at the rear of the property, featuring a landscaped terrace.
Parking is available on the street or in a car park located 30 meters away.
Amenities and services:
Heating via a pellet stove supplemented by electric radiators.
An electric bike is available on request from the owners (€10/day or €50/week). Ideally located in the heart of Lézardrieux, this 90 m² semi-detached house enjoys a prime location, just 100 m from shops and 200 m from the beach and the harbor.
It is an excellent base for exploring the region's must-see attractions: the Presqu'île Sauvage (Wild Peninsula), the Île de Bréhat, and the Pink Granite Coast.

Gîte trés bien situé et au calme.Proche de Paimpol, les côtes de granit rose, L'ile de Bréhat et du sillon de talbert.Nous avons passé une trés bonne semaine avec nos petits enfants qui ont adoré leur chambre.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Gîte très agréable et bien agencé, meublé avec goût ! Toutou accepté et promenades matinales tout près de la mer par un joli petit chemin à 100m, commerces à proimité, (pain du marin à la boulangerie, ecellent!), nous recommandons sans réserve !
