Upstairs: one 16 m² bedroom (one double bed 140x190 cm and one cot), bathroom with shower and WC.
Outside: 5,000 m² grounds, small terrace, courtyard for parking, bicycle storage.
Home office space set up in the living room.
Hybrid car charging point located outside only. Pleasant little Breton house, bright and carefully decorated, adjoining rental 22G121106 not overlooked.
It benefits from the same magnificent 5000 m² park.
You can relax on its private terrace. 300 m from the beach, 800 m from the nautical center and its very famous sailing school.
For surfcating enthusiasts, the activity is possible, very close to your rental.
Connected to the continent by a small stone bridge, L'Ile Grande, which depends on the commune of Pleumeur-Bodou, will seduce you with its authenticity.
You will enjoy beautiful walks, via the customs officers' path, and admire the many surrounding islets including the Ile d'Aval where King Arthur would have been buried.

Chaque fenêtre a une vue incroyable dans cette maisonette lumineuse, au calme, au dessus du village. Parfait pour un couple. Je ne me lassais pas de regarder tantôt d'un côté, tantôt de l'autre.
Dommage que nous ne pouvions pas faire du feu (visite à la Toussaint). Le chauffage semblait "bridé" et suffisait à peine pour être confortable avec les grosses tempêtes de vent.

Maison ancienne bien située MAIS très mal isolée thermiquement (absence de radiateur électrique pour une petite chauffe le soir dans le séjour).Seulement 3 assiettes plates en faience le reste en acropole,sans parler de pauvres petites cuillères.

Gîte très bien situé et agréable. A l'intérieur ,à chaque fenêtre nous avons vue sur la mer: un vrai régal!La personne qui nous a accueillis avec une grande gentillesse nous a fourni de nombreuses informations sur les sites intéressants à visiter, les restaurants.....Merci pour les attentions à notre arrivée et à notre départ.
