En plus d'être situé idéalement au coeur de la cité costarmoricaine, le propriétaire a l'excellente idée de mettre à disposition un badge donnant accès à un parking souterrain sécurisé et ce, gratuitement.

Gite très agréable, confortable, idéalement situé dans le centre historique. Tout est à portée de marche sur les pavés : les nombreuses bonnes tables, les commerces,et le port sur la Rance. Le propriétaire, très sympathique, est de bon conseil.La carte de parking est un vrai plus pour ne pas galérer à stationner.
