This charming vacation rental is near the owners' house but not adjoining.
The house is composed as follows: on the ground floor, a bedroom (140 bed) with a sink, a separate toilet, a kitchen, access by 3 steps to the living room with a beautiful fireplace (the basket of wood 5€). Accessible by the staircase above the living room, a bathroom.
Upstairs by the central staircase of the house, access to 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 140 and 2 beds of 90x200) and a bathroom.
You can relax in the pleasant 12m2 wooden veranda and on the 20m2 terrace.
Also take advantage of the 500m2 garden and the 300m2 courtyard where you can park your vehicles. Welcome to Lannion! Located between the city center of Lannion and the coast, this cottage is ideally placed to shine and discover the entire coast of the Côte de Granit Rose.
From Trebeurden to Perros Guirec, stopping imperatively at Tregastel and Ploumanach to admire the turquoise waters and the pink rock of the coast, you will not be able to resist the charms of the region.
The coastal footpath, which runs along the sea, will also be the preferred hiking path to discover these marvels.
Both adults and children will also be able to enjoy the activities of the Radôme park: Village Gaulois, Cité des Télécoms and the planetarium.
For a bit of well-being and relaxation, the right address is at the Forum de Tregastel: a seawater aquatic complex heated to 30°C.

Ce gîte très confortable est admirablement situé à la campagne, entre rivière et mer, près de la très belle ville de Lannion.Une mention toute spéciale pour la gentillesse et les multiples attentions, dans une parfaite discrétion, des très sympathiques propriétaires.

Très bonne accueil des propriétaires et très discrets. Charmante demeure au calme, très bien située pour visiter les environs, proche de la côte de granite rose, une merveille...L'intérieur des terres est aussi dépaysant. Nous reviendrons surement....

Gîte agréable au calme dans un cadre verdoyant, propre et bien équipé. Il est idéalement situé pour découvrir la côte de granit rose. Sa véranda est un véritable atout. Les propriétaires sont discrets mais très accueillants et attentifs à nos besoins si nécessaire. Nous recommandons ce gîte.
