Charming house between the marina and the beach in Dieppe
La Marinette is an old fisherman's house located between the marina and the beach. The old shop front and the 3 levels bring a lot of charm to the house, very well equipped.
The ground floor has been converted into a beautiful, practical, friendly and warm space. The upper floors are reserved for the 2 bedrooms and all the rooms are equipped with blackout electric shutters.
It is located in a listed historical area, a few minutes walk from the town centre with all its shops and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance (train station, ferry, beach, thalassotherapy centre with its open-air seawater swimming pool heated to 28°C, casino, castle-museum, Cité de la Mer, and of course the famous Dieppe market and the Quai Trudaine with its daily fishing). Free parking in the street or on the beach.
