It is impossible to find a location even closer to the beach than with Pineda 247! The location of this spacious apartment is worth a 10, because it's located directly (!) at the beach; a towel, sun cream and a bucket for sandcastles are the only things you have to think about.
The beautiful boulevard in front of your holiday apartment takes you to the cozy center of L'Estartit and its active port, all within a 10 minute walk!
The apartment is located on the 4th floor, which ensures you a stunnig view over the Mediterranean Sea with de Medes Islands and thet vast nature from the two terraces. Surrounding the complex are many shops, restaurants and a large supermarket. Pineda 247 consists of an entrance hall, spacious lounge with dining area, TV (Spanish) and double sliding doors to the terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The kitchen features a 4 burner gas hob, oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer. There are two bathrooms, one with toilet and shower and one with toilet and bath. The 2 bedrooms both have an entrance to the terrace, which has views over the nature reserve. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bunk beds, in the living room is a sleeping couch. Behind the apartment there is one private parking space available.

Twee mooie, gezellige terrassen, zowel aan de voor- als achterkant.
Mooie living.
Geen WIFI. Vraag desnoods 10€ meer per dag.
Bed in tweede slaapkamer.

L'appartement est très bien situé (à 2 pas de la plage et des commodités) et agréable. Il reste frais malgré la chaleur grâce au fait qu'il soit traversant. La vue est superbe ! Nous avons passé une bonne semaine en famille. Merci à Wouter et l'équipe pour l'accueil !

L’appartement est spacieux et la vue magnifique (mer et pinède). On a surtout apprécié l’emplacement (plage à deux pas, supermarché en bas). Il a fait 30 degrés et l’aération des balcons des 2 cotés, plus le vent du 4eme étage nous ont permis de ne pas souffrir de la chaleur.
