The wonderful apartment Nautica is located in the center of L'Estartit, and just 50 meters (!) from the beach! In front of the apartment is the beautiful boulevard of this old fishing village that takes you along the beautiful sandy beach of L'Estartit.
Within walking distance you also have restaurants with sunny terraces and the long shopping street with charming shops.
A plus for the children: in front of the apartment you find a small playground!
Nautica is located on the 3rd floor, which ensures a wonderful view over the harbor and the Mediterranean Sea. From the terrace you can enjoy on warm summer evenings the view of the boats and the Spanish sunset.
The apartment consists of a living room with dining area, sofa bed and an entrance to the terrace.
The open kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and hob. There is a bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed (with sea view) and bedroom with one bunk bed. This apartment also has got available a private garage.

Super vakantie gehad :) Service van wouter en zijn collega’s waren fantastisch. Appartement op top locatie met geweldig uitzicht. Alles op loop afstand en heerlijke restaurants in de buurt. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben zeker genoten!

Positiv : Die Wohnung ist super gelegen . Die Aussicht beim Früstück auf den Balkon ist unschlagbar . Es war alles in der Wohnung vorhanden was man braucht . Die Kummunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos . Negativ : Bei unserem Aufenthalt fanden tagelang Baumaßnahmen im Hafen statt , sodas der Baulärm schon nervig war .

El apartamento era increíble, ubicación perfecta y precioso. Woulter fue muy amable y estuvo muy pendiente de nuestra llegada y nuestra estancia. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en el apartamento y si tenemos oportunidad, volveremos :)
