Mont Mar 13 is a semi-detached property located in a quiet, secluded neighborhood of 14 houses.
This family house is located about 4 km. outside the charming seaside resort of L'Estartit.
It has a long, wide beach of more than 5 km, which is ideal for families with children, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea. The town itself is also worth a visit with its charming downtown and beautiful harbor.
You can always opt for a quiet day at the common pool overlooking the Montgrí castle and the mountains. At the back of the house you can find a lovely private garden with patio, adjacent to the forest, where you can make beautiful walks.
Mont Mar 13 includes a garage on the ground floor where there is also the washing machine.
On the 1st floor you have the spacious living room with dining area, fireplace, TV (Dutch satellite) and access to the terrace with view of the swimming pool and the beautiful surroundings.
Therefore on this floor you have an open kitchen with gas cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and coffee maker.
There is also a double bedroom (with 2 single beds) and bathroom with toilet and shower.
On the second floor are two double bedrooms, both with 2 single beds, and a second bathroom.

Passámos uma excelente semana em L'Estartit, a casa, apesar de já ter alguns anos, está bem conservada e tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. Local sossegado com muita vegetação, muito bonito, vizinhos cordiais e tranquilos. Gostámos muito de conhecer a Costa Brava Obrigada a toda a equipa Fincasas

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Torre Vella, sur les hauteurs de l'Estartit, au calme et au frais. La maison est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, et son agencement permet de profiter des différents espaces selon le moment de la journée. Wouter s'est montré particulièrement prévenant et attentif à nos questions / besoins. A refaire si nous revenons dans la région.

Mooie ligging met prachtig uitzicht. Woning is voorzien met alles wat je nodig hebt. Bedden zijn goed. Mooi zwembad. Hondvriendelijk. Contact met Wouter en Liduin is zeer prettig verlopen. airco zou prettig zijn.
