Beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom apartment with a truly stunning view over the Mediterranean Sea with the Medas Islands and the port of L'Estartit! The Complex Casa Blanca consists of 4 luxury apartments and is situated on the flank of the mountain Roca Maura, about 1000 meters from the center and the beautiful sandy beach of L'Estartit.
Around the complex is a beautifully landscaped, communal garden with several seating areas and a lovely large swimming pool (10x5m, deep 0.80 to 2m) surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
The pool is heated by sun panels from 15th of April until 15th of October.. From the garden you can of course also enjoy the fantastic view!
Casa Blanca B is a very well maintained apartment with a large living room with comfortable sitting area around the fireplace, TV , dining area and sliding doors to the large terrace with sea view and a barbecue.
The separate kitchen is equipped with all appliances and there is also a utility room with washing machine and storage space.
There is a "master bedroom" (double bed, bathroom and small balcony) and a "suite" (with shower and toilet). Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 each have 2 single beds.
Furthermore there are 2 bathrooms, one with toilet and shower and one with toilet and bath/shower.
Casa Blanca B can be reached via stairs downstairs.

Amoureux de l’estartit j’ai trouvé ce logement au top … Une vue incroyable 😍🥰 Les chambres sont grandes les Sdb sympa Et la pièce à vivre très pratique pour notre séjour de 4 couples . Nous avons même allumé le bbq et la cheminée ! Seul regret la piscine était fermée , a Pâques c’est normal 😉 Merci encore Je recommande vivement Didier

Super séjour dans ce grand appartement (avec une vue splendide sur les îles Mendes). Appartement proche du centre, mais en hauteur ce qui demande un petit effort (mais rien d'insurmontable). je recommande cette appartement pour les grands groupes.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana maravilloso. El apartamento era muy amplio, bien distribuido, con mucha luz y buena ventilacion, pero las vistas y la tranquilidad del entorno han sido la clave de todo.
