Cal Pastor sits at the rear of a monumental Masia on the outskirts of L’Estartit. An olive-tree-lined driveway leads to the farmhouse, where chickens also live. The 70 m² apartment sleeps 4 and combines a natural setting with proximity to the beach and the centre of L’Estartit, each approximately 1 km away.
Enjoy meals outdoors on the spacious private covered terrace. A private garden with outdoor furniture and a green area for children to play add to the appeal. There is parking for several cars.
The living room and open kitchen make it easy to cook and relax together. A dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and coffee machine are provided, along with Wi-Fi and a TV. Each of the 2 bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom: one has a 150 x 180 cm double bed, and the other has 2 single beds measuring 90 x 190 cm each. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and an additional toilet.
A supermarket is approximately 340 m away and the nearest beach around 800 m away, both measured in a straight line. The apartment is not barrier-free. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Huisje is groot schoon alles is op orde goed en fijn dat je alles mag gebruiken afdak is erg fij voor visite te ontvangen wat heel gezellig is pakeer ruimte

Schöne ländliche Enklave im sonst eher touristischen L'Estartit.
Eigener Parkplatz und ausreichend Freisitz auf dem weitläufigen und eingezäunten Grundstück.
Das Haus war genauso, wie es beschrieben wurde. Somit wurden die Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt.
Man muss wissen, dass die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist, begründet durch die nicht zur Decke reichenden Trennwände. Wir waren zu zweit, uns hat das nicht gestört. Zudem war es in den Bewertungen so beschrieben. Mit 4 Personen wäre es für mich zu wenig Intimität.

Deuxième sejour dans cette location où l’on retrouve toujours une impresssion de calme en étant proche de tout . Accueil a l’agence parfait et les proprietaires sont charmants. Amélioration par rapport à l’année dernier internet fonctionne beaucoup mieux et est largement accessible à l’extérieur.
