Looking for a special and unique place to spend your holiday? Then Cal Pastor is exactly what you are looking for! This apartment is part of a monumental Masia (farm) on the outskirts of Estartit, approximately 1 km from the beach and the center of L'Estartit.
This ensures that you are surrounded by nature and creates a real sense of holiday and calmness, but within a 15 minutes walk you are already in the cozy center of L'Estartit with its long sandy beach. Through the driveway, with olive trees, you arrive at the Masia, at the rear side of this house there has been created a beautiful apartment Cal Pastor.
It consists of a living room with kitchen, two spacious double bedrooms, both with bathroom (suite), a laundry room with washing machine and an extra toilet.
The apartment has a spacious private terrace with large canopy, parking for several cars and a lot of space for the children to play.
Naturally, a Masia (farm) also includes chickens.
With a bit of luck you can enjoy a fresh egg at breakfast! Cal Pastor is the ideal location for a holiday in the 'nature', but with the advantage that you are still close to the nice hustle and bustle of the seaside village with nice restaurants, large beach and cozy streets. Huisje is groot schoon alles is op orde goed en fijn dat je alles mag gebruiken afdak is erg fij voor visite te ontvangen wat heel gezellig is pakeer ruimte

Schöne ländliche Enklave im sonst eher touristischen L'Estartit.
Eigener Parkplatz und ausreichend Freisitz auf dem weitläufigen und eingezäunten Grundstück.
Das Haus war genauso, wie es beschrieben wurde. Somit wurden die Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt.
Man muss wissen, dass die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist, begründet durch die nicht zur Decke reichenden Trennwände. Wir waren zu zweit, uns hat das nicht gestört. Zudem war es in den Bewertungen so beschrieben. Mit 4 Personen wäre es für mich zu wenig Intimität.

Deuxième sejour dans cette location où l’on retrouve toujours une impresssion de calme en étant proche de tout . Accueil a l’agence parfait et les proprietaires sont charmants. Amélioration par rapport à l’année dernier internet fonctionne beaucoup mieux et est largement accessible à l’extérieur.
