Flat of 34 m2 consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a glazed balcony. There is everything necessary for living: furniture, household appliances, crockery, bed linen and towels. There is a TV set with Spanish channels. The studio is equipped with air conditioning. The area is well developed: nearby there are many restaurants and cafés, small shops, a pharmacy and a health centre. Within walking distance there is a supermarket. In front of the house, there is a park. The beach of Los Naufragos is no more than 300 meters away. Accommodation for two adults, no pets! Smoking is not allowed in the flat.

The check-in process is from 15:00 until 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 until 15:00 on Saturday. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. Check-out or check-in outside office hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays are subject to an additional charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday 10:00-15:00, Sunday - closed. A security deposit of 200 euros is payable upon check-in.
