Die Nähe zum Strand, geflegtes Anwesen.
Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig , z.B. Spinnweben , Bad stank nach Abwasser , bedingt durch fehlende Rohrentlüftung, Wand und Bodenfliesen haben schon bessere Zeiten erlegt.
Fernsehen nur ein Programm zur Verfügung ,Verteilerdose im Küchenbereich ohne Funktion,
