The four holiday flats and the holiday home are in an absolutely idyllic location on a large garden plot (not fenced in) in the village of Neuendorf in the south of the island of Rügen.
The large garden plot borders on one side on the picturesque meadows and forests of the Rügen natural landscape, on the other side on the vastness of the Baltic Sea. Each holiday flat has its own beach chair (seasonal from May to October) on the private bathing access with sunbathing lawn.
It is only a 10-minute walk to the sailing harbour in Lauterbach, where you will find numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and other catering establishments. In the harbour of Lauterbach you can buy fresh Baltic Sea fish directly from the net every day from the local fishermen and also go on tours with the regular excursion boats.
The picturesque landscape around the residential town of Putbus offers numerous opportunities for extensive cycling tours, walks and hikes. Many other sights on the island of Rügen can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The Gutshof Ostseeblick with its wonderful, absolutely quiet location, direct access to the Baltic Sea and the fantastic view of the island of Vilm offers the ideal holiday home for nature lovers who want to really relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
