Es ist eine ganz tolle Wohnung, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht

Die Kopfkissen, müssten dringend mal ausgetauscht werden. Jeden Morgen mit Kopfschmerzen aufgewacht.

Perfekte Lage, gut funktionierende Heizung, sehr schöne Wohnungsgrösse und gut organisierte Müllentsorgung
Kein WLAN, gehört eigentlich heute zum Standard.
Abgewohnte Couch und Sessel, diverse Löcher in den Wänden, sowie mangelnder malerischer Zustand der Wände und stark verschlissener Badheizkörper.

Die Lage im allgemeinen. Bäcker, Restaurants, Einkaufsmarkt, Shopping - alles fußläufig machbar.
Das die Schlüsseladresse 26 km (!!!!!! ) entfernt war, da wir zuerst im Navi Wiek eingaben und dann waren auch noch 2 lange Bausstellen in Ampelregelung zwischen Ferienort und Schlüsseladresse und dies führte unweigerlich zu Streß und das nach einer über 300 km nervenaufreibenden Anfahrt.
Ein Schlüsselsafe am Feriendomizil hätte viel Frust verhindert.
