CUVI Holiday House with Garden is a 3  star Apartment. It is located in Rovinj 2 km from town centre and in 10 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 90 m2 and terrace is 40 m2. It is located on floor: 1. The house is spread over 2 floors: ground floor + 1st floor. The accommodation has two air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in the hallway on the first floor and the other air conditioner is located in the living room on the ground floor. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden.  There is a possibility to use BBQ in the courtyard of the house. Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bed. 



PETS: Pets are allowed. Extra charge for 1 pet is 8€ per day. More than 1 pet is allowed only upon request and it can be only as an exception.
