Our family-run holiday home is idyllically situated just 1000m from the Baltic Sea.
On two floors there is a large living room with dining area, kitchen, a bathroom, two separate bedrooms and a second WC on the upper floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. The FH has a south-facing terrace in front of it. One car parking space is available directly in front of the house. The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price, additional linen is available for a fee. WiFi is available on the property, quality is variable.
You can spend the sunny hours relaxing on the south-facing terrace; please note: we do not have a children's playground or play facilities. Dogs must be kept on a lead and are not allowed to run free. Please only 1 pet and no fighting dogs.
Please note -Day of arrival is usually Sunday!
You can book up to 2 additional persons, per person the surcharge is 15 Euro per night.

Bansin is surrounded by 7 lakes; the neighbouring lake is Gothensee. Train station and supermarket are about 200m away, to the beach it is about 1000m. The town centre is approx. 700m away, Heringsdorf 2km and Ahlbeck 3km. Swinemünde as the largest city is about 8km away.
