The holiday apartment is on the first floor of a residential house in Cagliari, in the Poetto district, which is by the well-known beach of the same name.

The apartment has a veranda with a table and chairs and a balcony with a view of the sea. You can park your car on the spaces on the street.

The apartment has a spacious living and dining room, with a comfortable suite, including a sofa bed for one person and a TV with DVBT channels. The other part of the room is furnished with a table, chairs and sideboard. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 x 190cm) and one with two single beds (each 90 x 190cm). Both have a wardrobe with plenty of space for your luggage, and an air conditioning unit with a heating function. The kitchen, which also has a dining table, is equipped with a washing machine, a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster and a fridge and freezer. Crockery and cooking utensils are also provided for preparing meals. The bathroom is generous and is fitted with a bath with a shower attachment, a bidet, a WC and a washbasin. The apartment also has fans and gas heating in the living room. The apartment does not have an Internet connection. Ironing utensils and a hairdryer are provided, and bed linen and towels on request. The use of water and gas is included in the rental price.42kWh of electricity per week is also included, with additional use payable according to the supplementary charges.

The lovely Poetto beach about 6km long is within easy walking distance and has many beach bars, where you can hire parasols and deckchairs in summer, and of course enjoy meals. The beach promenade also has a cycle path and is ideal for walks, jogging and cycle tours. It is very lively, especially on summer evenings. Within about 200 metres of the apartment you can find a pharmacy, pizzerias, restaurants and shops, as well as a bus stop. Night-time entertainment is also provided, with bars nearby. There is a free, public, wireless Internet connection on Poetto and Marina Piccola beaches. The town centre is about 6km away. The airport is easy to get to by public transport (about 30 minutes).
