This spacious holiday flat is located on the upper floor of a detached villa in Gattières, a picturesque twelfth-century village above the Var valley. The view of the valley and the sea will not only delight you during the day. In the evening, you can also look out over a magical sea of lights above the valley. The panoramic location of the flat and the private pool promise pure relaxation. Even though the owner lives on the ground floor, you will enjoy absolute privacy. The proximity to Nice International Airport, beaches and well-known places also makes the flat an ideal holiday home for a varied holiday under the southern French sun.
The 125 m² non-smoking flat offers plenty of space in its French-style rooms, as the 60 m² living room shows. It consists of a cosy seating area by the fireplace with leather sofas and armchairs and a dining area. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. There are a total of three bedrooms, which are also furnished in timeless elegance. Two rooms each have a double bed (160 x 200 cm), while the third room has another double bed (140 x 190 cm), a single bed (90 x 190 cm) and a folding bed (80 x 180 cm). Each room has a fan. The large bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, double washbasin and bidet. There are also two separate toilets.
The 80 m², enclosed and sun-protected terrace is directly adjacent to the living room. Here you have absolute peace and quiet. Parents can relax while the children play. The terrace consists of a gazebo (5 x 3 m) and an arbour (3.5 x 3.5 m), it has a barbecue, a pizza oven built into the wall, garden furniture, table and chairs as well as deckchairs. You can spend so much time outdoors barbecuing, eating, relaxing and lazing around. From the terrace you have access to your own pool with chlorinated water (8 x 4 m, 1 m to 1.70 m deep), which is located slightly below. Thanks to its sunny location, it offers a pleasant temperature early on. Its 200 m² tiled pool area is equipped with six sun loungers, two parasols and a solar shower. It offers sun all day long and a marvellous view of the sea. Enjoy the peace and quiet while listening to the birdsong and cicadas. For those who want to be a little more active, there is a table tennis table and table football. The property has an automatic entrance gate, automatic lighting and two parking spaces.
