The flat is located in a beautiful holiday complex with pool area, consisting of two-storey terraced houses in Pueblo Bravo in Rojales-Ciudad Quesada, around five to eight kilometres from the beaches on the Costa Blanca.
The flat has a furnished balcony with awning and views of the pool area, as well as a roof terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasol, from which you can enjoy wonderful views over the nearby Laguna Salada de la Mata and even as far as Torrevieja on the Mediterranean. Guests also have access to the communal pool area with sunbathing lawn, which is open from 9 am to midnight. There is a closed car park for approx. 14 cars on the grounds of the complex, the tenant receives the key together with the flat key.
The approx. 50 m² flat on the first floor of the two-storey terraced house is ideal for two people. Occupancy by up to four people is possible. The flat is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, living area with kitchen. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (150 x 200 cm), the other with a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and a built-in wardrobe. There is a further sleeping accommodation in the form of a sofa bed (120 x 200 cm) in the living area. There is also a TV with satellite TV with German and international TV and radio programmes, as well as a stereo system with USB. The dining area consists of a raised bistro table with two chairs, opposite the kitchenette with a large fridge with freezer compartment, cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, citrus juicer and toaster. The bathroom is equipped with WC, shower/bathtub, washing machine, hairdryer and a magnifying mirror. The air conditioning, which can also be used as heating, is in the living area and can be set so that the bedrooms and bathroom can also be cooled or heated. However, heating is more effective with the existing electric oil radiators. The windows and balcony doors are double-glazed and have roller shutters. The windows in the bedrooms are fitted with mosquito screens.
The nearest grocery shops (Lidl, Consum) are approx. two kilometres from the holiday flat. The Mediterranean towns of Guardamar and Torrevieja can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Between these two towns there is a beautiful, partly unspoilt sandy dune beach with excellent water quality. The beach "El Moncayo" is located in front of Guardamar, the car park is right next to the beach. The healing climate created by the salt lakes is particularly suitable for heart and skin diseases, asthma and rheumatism. Ciudad Quesada has direct motorway access and Alicante Airport is just over half an hour's drive away.
