This holiday flat is located in a very quiet residential complex in Envía, in the hills above Vicar in the Andalusian province of Almería.
Energy costs are included for the first 30 days.
The flat is located on the third floor of a seven-storey building and is easily accessible by lift. The living area of approximately 50 m² comprises a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm) and large wardrobes, a sitting area with a TV and a sofa bed (150 cm x 190 cm) for two people, a bathroom with WC and bath with shower screen, where you can also use a hairdryer, and a kitchen with a microwave, fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The kitchen also has a washing machine, broom and hoover. Fans provide cooling. Wi-Fi internet access is also available in all rooms.
The nearest shops are around four kilometres from the house. It is only three kilometres from the sea (Alguadulce), where you will find sandy beaches or several restaurants at the port, which your hosts will recommend on arrival. The accommodation is located between the mountains and the sea. The ski slopes are accessible until April. The motorway, 2.5 kilometres away, provides easy access to Almeria airport (35 km). The Tabernas Desert, the setting for Sergio Leone's film "Spaghetti Western", is also 80 kilometres away, as is the Gabo de Gata nature reserve. Granada, famous for its Sierra Nevada and its magnificently restored Alcazar, is 160 kilometres away, Malaga, the city where Picasso was born, 200 kilometres and Alicante 300 kilometres.
On the living room balcony, you can dine outside at a table with four chairs and enjoy views of the sea or mountains. Parking is available in the underground car park. There is also a communal swimming pool on the roof of the building.
