Individual holiday home developed on a single floor, located in the east of the island of Gran Canaria, with stunning views, where you can see from the sunrise, the sea, the bay, the coast and even the island of Fuerteventura on very clear days. Located in a residential urbanisation, it has the silence, tranquillity and relaxation of waking up to the sound of birdsong. And at the same time, in a few minutes you can reach different beaches, leisure and shopping areas. The city of Telde is 2.5 km away.
The holiday home, developed on a single and independent floor, consists of 3 bedrooms, first main bedroom with double bed (1,50X2,00), the second bedroom with double bed (1,50X1,90) and the third bedroom with double bed (1,50X1,90).
