The holiday apartment, part of a villa, is in a wonderful natural landscape in Manerba del Garda in Lombardy, in a quiet residential area and just 200 metres from the lake. It is a small paradise surrounded by nature.
The apartment has its own garden with a table, chairs and parasol, inviting you to relax. Parking spaces are also available.
The apartment has its own separate entrance and is on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed (80 x 190cm) and a bedroom with two beds one above the other (pull-out bed) and a wardrobe. A supplementary bed measuring 80 x 170cm can also be added to the single room. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen-diner has satellite TV, a dining area and a kitchen unit, fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, crockery and cutlery.
The lake, to which there is direct access, is just a five-minute walk away. The bay on the lake is one of Lake Garda’s most beautiful bays, with the Conigli and Garda Island, which are accessible by boat. Salò and Desenzano are just a short distance away. The mountains are also within easy access.
In January 2019 the apartment was renovated and embellished, so it is now even cleaner, more practical and elegant.
The owner lives next door on the site.
