This holiday accommodation has a special location on a ridge in the typical Ardennes village of Forzee. From here you have a panoramic view of around 45 kilometres, over the forests and villages of the Famenne, as far as Luxembourg. The house is located on a country road, with little traffic and it is quiet. In addition to this building, there is only the landlord's house about 100 metres away. This means that the landlord is easy to reach if you have any questions.

A fully fenced garden of around 1200 m² is also part of your holiday home. Children and dogs can run free here. In this garden there is also a large south-facing terrace with garden furniture, sunshade and barbecue. There is a large swing for the children. There is a large 540 x 370 cm carport at the entrance.

Your holiday home is suitable for a maximum of six people and offers three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. All rooms are on one level on the ground floor. The living area has a cosy seating area with TV, DVD player and radio, as well as a dining area for six people. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, cooker, fridge, blender and much more. There are also three bedrooms at your disposal. One with a double bed, 140 cm wide, and two with two single beds, each 80 cm wide. The bathroom is equipped with a large washbasin, a shower, mirror and storage space. There is also an extra toilet. A washing machine, tumble dryer and storage room are located in an annex. The saloon is heated with a radiator that runs on propane gas. It has a capacity of 8.72 kilowatt hours. There is an additional electric radiator in the bathroom.

The wooded surroundings, where red deer and wild boar roam freely, are ideal for beautiful walks. There are also many picturesque villages in the area, typical of the Ardennes. The famous town of Rochefort is close by and well worth a visit. You can also go shopping here. Only about one kilometre from Forzee, there is a leisure facility in a natural area of around 500 hectares. There are many leisure activities on offer here. Some examples are swimming, horse riding, rowing, jogging, etc. There are various playgrounds for children and you will also find restaurants and cafés there.
