There are five elegant apartments in the main house and two independent cottages, situated slightly away, behind the main house. All apartments are very cosy and tastefully decorated in a rustic style, and have satellite TV and all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay. In addition, the apartments and houses are equipped with central heating and a safe.

The village can be reached in a few minutes. Cecina offers numerous shopping possibilities. On Tuesdays, there is the weekly market where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese and many other local products. There are also supermarkets that are open from Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm.Cecina is situated near the most important road, rail or sea connections. From here you can easily reach Florence (100 km), the island of Elba (40 km), Siena (70 km), Pisa (50 km), Lucca (60 km), Volterra (30 km), San Gimignano (50 km). Bolgheri, which is only 10 km away, is well-known for its avenue of cypress trees and for producing some of the most important, world-famous wines, Sassicaia and Ornellaia.

To access the parking area of the property, you have to pass through an electric gate, for which you will receive a remote control. Thus, you do not have to get out of the car; the gate then closes again automatically.

Located on the first floor, this 50 m2 flat is ideal for accommodating up to 4/5 guests, with the possibility of adding an extra bed on request. Perfect for those seeking a relaxing and private holiday.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the bathroom has a shower. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and includes a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, microwave oven and refrigerator; every space is cared for with attention to detail and comfort, keeping the aesthetics of the Tuscan countryside and the history of our area alive.

Going down to the garden, the veranda furnished with table and chairs offers a quiet space where you can breathe in the fresh air of the garden, the perfect place to enjoy the sun and the company of friends or family in an atmosphere of total serenity.

The location of the flat is ideal for lovers of the sea and outdoor activities, situated only 5 km from the beach and the sea. For daily needs, a grocery shop is only 1500 metres away, making your stay comfortable and worry-free. Despite its proximity to essential services and recreational activities, the flat guarantees a quiet and relaxing stay away from the daily hustle and bustle.
