We are located in the countryside, in the heart of the Pays des Collines Nature Park. 6 km from the Flemish Ardennes. Easily accessible by car (A8 motorway, exit 30), 40 km from Ghent, 48 km from Lille, 73 km from Brussels (Zaventem), 85 km from Bruges or by bus (Place d'Ellezelles, centre) or by train (10 minutes from Ronse station). (18 minutes from Ath station). or by plane... 75 km from Charleroi airport. Welcome to this 165 m² space, decorated in original tropical colours. A large private garden for family gatherings of up to nine people. With a grill and comfortable sun loungers. 2 lounges with convertible sofas, 2 double bedrooms, two kitchens, 2 terraces with garden furniture, a shower room, 3 WCs, a bathroom and a games room with pool table and table football are at your disposal. Your comfort and well-being are our priority. Original, spacious and comfortable furnishings. For your comfort, 7 people are ideal, but on request (after consultation with the owner) the gîte can also accommodate up to 8 people. Thanks to two additional folding beds for adults (one for a baby and one for a child/teenager are also available).

Board games, TV, hairdryer, towels, tea towels, cleaning products, brushes, soap, washing-up liquid, coffee, oil, kitchen utensils, etc. Billiards, table football, barbecue, 3 WCs, 1 bathroom, 1 large fitted kitchen on the ground floor and 1 fitted kitchen upstairs, 2 double bedrooms, 2 studio living rooms with comfortable sofa beds, 1 terrace upstairs and 1 terrace downstairs, 1 large 12-acre garden, 1 games room. Please note: This is self-catering accommodation and we do not provide breakfast or any other services. Arrival and departure times must be communicated at least 1 day before arrival. Unless otherwise agreed, arrival is from 4pm and departure no later than 12 noon. On request, it is possible to stay a little longer. Late departures are possible until 4pm. Please let us know if you experience any inconvenience. The signed rental contract must be received no later than the day of arrival. The deposit must be paid in cash on arrival (bank cheques are not accepted). Electricity, pellets (heating and hot water) and cold water consumption are not included in the rent. For short stays of less than 6 nights we offer a fixed price for all services. For longer stays of 6 nights or more, meter readings are taken at the beginning and end of the stay. We ask you to return the accommodation in the same condition as you found it on arrival. You will therefore respect the following people who will be staying in the gîte after your stay.
