Situated in a quiet area of detached houses, our house is 500 m from Strasbourg and 6 km from the historic centre. Lingolsheim has a population of 18,000 and is part of the Strasbourg Eurometropolis. You'll find all the amenities you need, without the hustle and bustle of the big cities. Bus, train, tram and bicycle services will take you to the centre of Strasbourg, without the hassle of parking. If you prefer to drive, there's plenty of parking available. The rental flat is on the ground floor of a two-family house. The entrance to the flat is separate. It is at the back of the house, on the garden side.
The flat is pleasant and spacious. The dining room is accessed through a large bay window. Here you'll find a table (seating 6) overlooking the garden, and a bar area overlooking the kitchen. From here, you'll head to the lounge, with its TV area and two sofas, 1 of which converts into an extra bed for 2 children, the other of which can be reclined. Then you'll head into an open-plan space leading to the fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). The shower room has a washbasin, large shower, bath and WC. There is a second WC in the basement of the house, as well as a fitness area.
The flat is ideal for two couples. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a 1.60 m-wide bed, a large dressing room and a study area. The second bedroom has a 1.40 m wide bed and a large dressing room.
Our rental is well equipped for children. You'll find 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 bath, and lots of accessories and indoor and outdoor games.
In summer, you'll be able to take advantage of the flower-filled green space. This area is exclusively reserved for you. You'll have a large table (6 people), chairs, barbecue and recliners, as well as a table tennis table, trampoline, small house, swing... Bicycles are also available.
On the evening of your arrival, we will serve you a light meal: winegrower's pie and salad, or quiche and salad, or something else, as well as a bottle of wine. We also provide our guests with everything they need for their first breakfast (pastries, bread, butter, jam, coffee, milk, chocolate, yoghurt), as well as a basket of fruit and all the basic cooking products (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, onions, garlic, etc.). You will also find basic cleaning products on site.
Beds are made on arrival, and household linen is provided (bath sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.).
Bicycles are available free of charge on request, as are tickets for use of the local swimming pool.
Cleaning on departure will be provided by us.
We will do our utmost to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
