This holiday apartment was renovated in 2014 and is located 3.5km to the west of Trogir. It is near the Medena hotel complex, just 80 metres from the sea and the beaches.
The apartment has a 40m² terrace, which is roofed and provides a sitting suite and deckchairs. In front of the terrace there is a 80m² area of lawn. A car parking space is available right by the house.
The 75m² apartment is on the ground floor of the house and can accommodate four people. It has a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with a large double bed (180 x 200cm) and two single beds (90 x 200cm). The spacious living room with open kitchen invites you to linger. Apart from the sitting area there is also a dining table. Behind it there is an adjoining, fully-equipped kitchen. The living room has an air conditioning unit that can also cool the adjacent main bedroom.
Below the house, right by the sea, there is a four-kilometre-long pedestrian zone with restaurants, bars and all sorts of other amenities. It is 800 metres to the nearest supermarket. The towns of Trogir, Split and Sibenik are not far away (3,30 and 60km) and are ideal for day trips. You can also drive to Dubrovnik or visit the national parks. Rafting, climbing, canyoning or waterskiing are also available for those wishing to spend an active holiday. You can play beach volleyball 500 metres from the house.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, bestens für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder/Erwachsene geeignet und hat eine hervorragend große Terrasse, welche überdacht ist mit freiem Blick aufs Meer. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage, was bei den vorherrschenden Außentemperaturen äußerst hilfreich war, die Lage fantastisch und alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung gebrauchen kann.
