This charming holiday flat in Monschau-Mützenich can accommodate up to 4 people and is located on the ground and upper floors of a historic, listed farmhouse. The flat has three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, ideal for families or couples who want to explore the Eifel. An outdoor seating area is available for exclusive use, perfect for guests with a small dog (up to 20kg), which they are welcome to bring with them.
The flat is equipped with modern amenities, including a small terrace in front of the house, which invites you to relax in the fresh Eifel air. The wood-burning stove in the living area provides additional warmth and atmosphere. In terms of sustainability, this accommodation relies on solar energy. Storage space for bicycles is available.
In addition to the idyllic tranquillity of the surrounding meadows, guests enjoy the proximity to the village centre, which is only 800 metres away, as well as to a grocery store 1000 metres away, making daily shopping convenient.
The historic 18th century building is characterised by its charm and authentic atmosphere. The low ceilings give the rooms a special character that reflects the history of the house. For this reason, we recommend that guests do not exceed a maximum height of 1.90 metres to ensure a comfortable stay. The lovingly restored details and the nostalgic flair make this building a unique place for a holiday in the Eifel!
