Greppo is a house in a beautiful location on a hill at 450 metres above sea level, near Rotecastello in Umbria, between Todi, Orvieto and Perugia. The house is surrounded by about 20 hectares of land with olive trees and offers a beautiful panoramic view.
The old stone house was carefully restored and three inviting apartments and one annex were created. The annex is a guest house exclusively for one of the apartments. All the apartments have their own heating with methane gas, household appliances, fully-equipped kitchens, bedlinen and hand towels, crockery, cutlery and glasses. The interiors and the furnishings have been selected to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay. The apartments are near each other but are completely independent. They can be rented individually or all together, providing ideal options for larger families or groups.
There is a swimming pool on site for all guests. It measures 14 x 7m and has a maximum depth of 1.80m and a minimum depth of 1m. It is open from June to mid-September, depending on the weather. There is also a SPA, with whirlpool, sauna and hammam, it's open all year round. A large garden is also available.
Rotecastello is a medieval gem with a watchtower. It is easy to get to it and the surrounding hills, valleys and other small medieval villages, away from mass tourism.

The 145-square-metre flat is equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. Guests will have three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, offering the privacy and comfort of feeling at home. On the ground floor there is a room with a single bed next to the bathroom, which has a shower and a toilet with disabled facilities. On the first floor is another bathroom with bath, bidet and WC, and two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a single bed. It is possible to add an extra bed.
To add further comfort, the flat is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine for your exclusive use, as well as a fully equipped gas cooker, a coffee maker and a coffee machine to satisfy all your culinary needs.
There is a year-round SPA with sauna, heated tub with hydromassage, Turkish bath, tea and herbal tea corner, bathroom with facilities for the disabled, and exceptional views.
Outside, guests will be greeted by a magnificent communal garden, ideal for relaxing outdoors or playing with your pet, as we accept one medium-sized animal. The terrace is the perfect place to dine al fresco on warm summer evenings.
