These are ancient white stone houses situated on a gentle hillside with a beautiful view of the Vendicari Coast, a Unesco patronage. The property is about 600-800 m (depending on the house) from the beach of Eloro and is the only structure built within the archaeological site that surrounds it.

The flats are fully furnished and can accommodate two or four people. They also always have their own private outdoor space. There is also a guest room with a private bathroom. For each accommodation, bath towels and bed linen are included in the price. Also included are free Wi-Fi, iron/ironing board and a washing machine for shared use on the property.

The secular garden is among the 'Gardens of Historical Interest' of the Region of Sicily. With an extension of about 30,000 square metres, it shows a typical layout of Sicilian gardens with archaeological finds and artefacts from Magna Grezia. It consists of some 200 almond trees and rare dwarf palms. Guests will also find a whirlpool bath, immersed in the garden, and a solarium with a relaxation area. All immersed in nature. Just north of the beach is the small seaside resort of Lido di Noto, which has a promenade with bars, ice cream parlours and a beautiful beach. The baroque town of Noto is 6 km away.

Noto is a magnificent town famous for its splendid baroque architecture and is 5 km away. Don't miss a traditional afternoon stroll along its main street. Just 1 km north of the hotel is the small seaside resort of Lido di Noto. It has a promenade with bars, ice cream parlours and a beautiful beach.

15 km away is one of the most beautiful cities in the Mediterranean, Syracuse - famous for its Ancient Greek ruins. The heart of modern Syracuse lies in its historical centre, located on the Ortigia peninsula.

The nearby province of Ragusa towns such as Ragusa Ibla and Modica are known for their Baroque architecture and their houses that have been carved out of the region's limestone. Ragusa is a popular destination for bathers, as it offers endless golden sandy beaches.
