The house is located in the middle of a palm grove, next to the Tirajana reservoir, in a landscape full of contrasts with the vegetation typical of arid areas and a variety of birds that provide the atmosphere with their singing.
The holiday home is spread over two floors and can accommodate four people. As you enter the house, you reach the first floor, where you will find the bedroom with a double bed measuring 150x190cm and a separate WC. A staircase leads you to the hallway on the second floor. Also on the second floor is the communal area with living room, dining room and kitchen, from where you can access the front terrace. The living area has a sofa set with two sofas, a coffee table and a TV. There is also a large dining table with chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances. The second bedroom has two single beds measuring 90x180cm. And the bathroom consists of a 170x70cm bathtub, washbasin and toilet. WLAN internet is also available. There is also a washing machine.
From the hallway you can access the terrace at the back of the house, where you can enjoy the morning sun or a few hours of shade in the afternoon. The front terrace has a dining table and barbecue area with views of the car park and the majestic mountain face of Amurga and offers shade in the morning and sun in the afternoon.
The traditional Canarian architectural style ensures that the house has stable temperatures, cool in summer and warm in winter. In terms of layout, the most used services are concentrated in the more spacious rooms of the accommodation. In the interior design, attention has been paid to natural lighting and harmonious combinations of furnishings to offer guests a warm and welcoming space.
The landscape with its gentle undulations invites you to wander along the paths to various places without having to be in particularly good physical shape. Nearby is one of the best areas for mountain climbing on the island, and the proximity to the sea offers various leisure activities such as fishing, windsurfing or diving. There are also routes for mountain biking, cycling and off-road vehicle enthusiasts. This marvellous place was once inhabited by the aborigines, remains of which can still be seen in the aboriginal settlement of Ansite, a well-known site, as this was the last place of the ancient inhabitants on the island when Gran Canaria was conquered. The village is home to the Hao Museum, where you can see various artefacts from the site and the surrounding area. Various artisans offer their products made from ceramics, palm leaves and woven fabrics and every Sunday there is a farmers' market where you can buy different products directly from the farmers. In the valley of Tirajana in the south-west of the island, the sun shines all year round. The good transport links guarantee that all the services you might need are close by, making it a strategic hub for connecting with the rest of the island and getting to know this miniature continent. The characteristic arid landscape together with the green of the palm trees and the native flora and fauna, dominated by the famous Canarian lizard and the multitude of birds, harmonise the days with their songs.
