The house is located in the village, well situated, right next to the small railway station. The fine sandy beach and the shops and restaurants are 400 - 500 metres away.
The large and spacious house by the sea has a total of three flats. The main flat is on the first floor and has four and a half rooms with kitchen, dishwasher and microwave. There is a living room with a large, extendable dining table, upholstered suite, free Wi-Fi throughout the house, cable TV (600 channels) and a stereo system. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two beds and a bedroom with a single bed - for 5 people. The smaller flats (4 persons on the 2nd floor and 4 persons on the ground floor) can be rented together with the main flat. All flats were renovated in spring 2014. The flat on the 2nd floor is equipped with four beds, two rooms, kitchen and bathroom on a living space of 50 square metres (for 4 people). On the ground floor it has three rooms, kitchen and bathroom on a living space of 70 square metres (for 4 people) with two single beds and one double bed. Each flat has its own bathroom and kitchen. The house can accommodate a total of 13 people. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge
For an occupancy of 5 persons the flat on the 1st floor is available, for up to 9 persons 1st and 2nd floor, then also the ground floor flat (again 4 persons). However, unused flats are not rented out to other guests, you are always alone in the house. But: With up to 9 persons, not all 7 bedrooms on 210 square metres are at your disposal. The entire property is enclosed by a wall - a barbecue is permanently installed in the garden. In the garden house there are deckchairs, games for the children, a mobile barbecue and a fridge.
In the large garden (700 m2) there are two seating areas, one of which is covered, plenty of lawn for playing and parking for two to three cars. There is also a garden house with washing machine, garden furniture, sun loungers, fridge and barbecue.
The fine sandy beaches are approx. 500 metres away and the shops and restaurants are approx. 400 metres away. Reachable on foot in 8 minutes.
