This comfortable two-bedroom flat is fully furnished and lovingly decorated down to the smallest detail. The spacious living room and kitchen have direct views of the Atlantic Ocean and are superbly equipped. The living room with its cosy sofa and sofa table has a 42-inch LED flat-screen TV with over 100 English, German, French and other foreign TV channels and a stereo system - a DVD player is available. This reads not only DVD formats but also other film formats such as Xvid, Mpeg or Avi. USB interface also available. The living area also has a dining table with four chairs and a bar with two stools. A high chair for children is also available. In the small but fine designer kitchen you will find a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, selected crockery and much more. There is a washing machine in the laundry room on the terrace. Both bedrooms have a large wardrobe and face a quiet side street. High-speed WLAN is available in all areas of the flat (including the terrace) and is included in the price (see additional costs).
