The holiday home is located far from the noise of the city, in a hilly landscape where the sounds of the surrounding nature offer pure relaxation.
The garden with olive trees surrounding the holiday home creates a unique atmosphere. The living room leads to the veranda, where you can enjoy a good book or simply the beautiful view of the landscape. For your culinary needs, you will find a grill right next to the veranda. At the pool, which is entirely dedicated to your children, you will find sunbeds and parasols at your disposal. With a size of 10x5 metres and a depth of 1.20 to 1.60 metres, it guarantees adults and children alike afternoons full of fun and refreshment.
The country house, which dates back to 1794, was carefully restored to its original beauty in 2007. On the ground floor are the kitchen, living room and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and dining utensils, dishwasher, cooker and oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine and electric kettle. In the bathroom next to the living room there is a washing machine. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, one of which is furnished with two single beds and the other three with double beds. Two of the double bedrooms have their own bathroom, the other two share a separate third bathroom. If necessary, two extra beds can be added for children.
The holiday house is rented out in its entirety, so you can enjoy your stay in absolute privacy. The property offers a magnificent view of the typical Marche landscape with fields of wheat and sunflowers. The extra beds are folding beds.
